We present to you a true jewel in the Mediterranean, just a short distance from all amenities. The property consists of two independent homes, with separate entrances and plots connected by a gate. The kitchen is large and open-plan, with a breakfast bar and access to a good-sized laundry room. The sleeping area is on the upper floor and consists of three double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, and the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, we find a great room perfect as an extra bedroom with an office and en suite bathroom with a shower or a game room... with access to the large garden, equipped with automatic irrigation, a nice built-in gazebo, ideal for summer dinners, and a 10x5 pool, perfect for cooling off.
